За първи път български психотерапевт пише за осиновяването не просто като специалист, а като лично изживял процеса… Дора Прангаджийска разбира, че е осиновена, по особено болезнен начин само дни след като е починала майка й. Пътят й от гнева и обидата до прошката и благодарността е дълъг, но именно той я води към нейното призвание – да стане неорайхиански аналитичен психотерапевт и да насочва и други по техния път. Днес тя е част от екипа на Българска асоциация „Осиновени и осиновители“, която работи за промяна на обществените нагласи към осиновяването. Първата й книга, „Благодаря ти, мамо! Пътят на осиновения от гнева до прошката“, е умело съчетание от професионални съвети и емоционални истории на осиновени, осиновители и биологични родители. Премиерата й е на 9 октомври от 18:30 ч. в Литературен клуб „Перото“ в НДК.
Как се зароди у Вас желанието за тази книга?
Осиновяването не е просто нещо, която ме вълнува. Аз съм превърнала в своя лична кауза говоренето за осиновяването (тъй като това беше тема табу през последните 65 години), работата в посока смяна на обществените нагласи към него и към участниците в осиновителния триъгълник (осиновени, осиновители, биологични родители). Книгата е само част от тази кауза. В нея съчетах знанията и наблюденията си като психотерапевт, илюстрирани с много лични истории – както моята собствена, така и на осиновени, осиновители и биологични родители, които подариха откровенията си. В този смисъл книгата не е само моя, а на още много хора, които под една или друга форма са част от темата осиновяване. Написването й не беше трудно, защото всичко, което обяснявам и разказвам, съм го преживяла лично. Познавам и съпреживявам болките на хората, с които работя, докосвам се до страховете им и всичко това пресъздадох по свой начин. Оставих се на емоцията да ме води и смятам че се получи един добър продукт.
Тя за кого е – за осиновените или за осиновителите?
Би могла да е за всеки, защото в нея разглеждам особеностите на вътреутробното развитие и първите седем години, в които се формира характерът на човек. В този смисъл книгата би могла да даде отговори на много хора за причините, водещи до начина им на живот, взаимоотношенията с другите, както и за изборите, които правят. Би могла да е полезна на майките в отглеждането на децата им, защото всички родители, под една или друга форма грешим, дори и да сме водени от най-добри намерения.
Център все пак са участниците в осиновителната триада. Книгата е и за трите страни (осиновен, осиновител, биологичен родител), защото те са взаимосвързани. В нея, освен че разяснявам особеностите на осиновените хора, давам и съвети към родителите как най-пълноценно да общуват с детето, както и към самите пораснали осиновени как да се справят с травмата, произтичаща от ранната и внезапна раздяла с майката. Давам и различна гледна точка към една фигура, за която почти не се говори, и това е биологичната майка. А тя има своето място и значение както за осиновения човек, така и за неговите взаимоотношения с другите.
Труден ли е пътят от гнева до прошката? Необходим ли е?
Пътят от гнева до прошката е продължителен. Той не е просто от точка А до точка Б, а е процес, в който човек анализира, стига до осъзнавания, преминава през различни катарзисни преживявания и емоционални състояния, които да доведат до прошка. Понякога е свързан с болка, с тъга, с крачки напред, а нерядко след това със застой или крачки назад. Но в крайна сметка се стига до узряване и духовно израстване. За мен лично прошката е необходима. А това дали за друг е, е въпрос на личен избор.
Конфликтът с биологичната майка произтича от конфликта с нас самите – с онази час от нас, която е все още инфантилна и незряла. Която е била наранена в миналото, но тук и сега отново реагира като непораснало дете. Гневът и обидата отнемат огромно количество енергия и са съпроводени с отделянето на хормони, които ни разболяват. В този смисъл прошката е акт, насочен не само към другия, а и към себе си. Прошката и смирението носят покой и хармония в нас самите. А за да бъдем в хармония с другите и света, е необходимо да сме преди всичко в покой със себе си.
Наистина ли последиците от травмите могат да бъдат изцелени?
Последиците от травмите могат да бъдат осъзнати преди всичко, а след това преработени. Често в живота си реагираме по начин, по който сме реагирали тогава, когато травмата е била нанесена. Психотерапевтичният процес дава възможност за поглед от различен ъгъл, избор на различни поведенчески модели и съответно друга развръзка на сходни на травмиращата ситуации. Дава възможност за изграждане на ресурс за друг отговор. И тогава разбираме, че причина за днешното ни страдание не е толкова травмата от миналото, колкото неумението да реагираме на нея по различни начини.
Разбрах, че съм осиновена, 40 дни след като мама почина.
Вие самата как разбрахте, че сте осиновена?
Разказвам историята си в книгата и съм абсолютно честна в преживяванията си. Разбрах по начин, по който разбират повечето осиновени хора… поне доскоро – случайно и болезнено. Разкри ми го съседка във възможно най-неподходящия момент – само 40 дни, след като мама почина. Изключително болезнен и на пръв поглед жесток начин. Затова и апелирам да не се създава тайна на осиновяването. Причините са много и за тях говоря подробно в книгата, но една от най-сериозните е, че рано или късно осиновеният разбира и това често разрушава целия му свят.
В практика нерядко съм първият човек, пред когото осиновените споделят тайната. Не можете да си представите колко болка, тъга, гняв и страх виждам насреща. Колко разрушени вярвания и безброй въпроси изникват. Колко обърканост и емоционална пустота преживяват хората, които на 20, 30 или 40 години разбират, че едно от най-устойчивите неща, в които са вярвали, се оказва илюзия. Знам, че при създаването на тайна родителите са водени от любов към детето си и от страх да не го наранят. Но тази любов в един момент наранява стократно. Затова колкото и трудно да е, е добре да се говори. Да бъдат създадени честни и открити взаимоотношения между родител и дете. Защото когато тях ги има, нищо не е в състояние да ги разруши.
Това, че сте психотерапевт, помогна ли Ви да преодолеете травмите си или именно травмите Ви „направиха“ психотерапевт?
Всеки психотерапевт е преди всичко човек. И има своите травмиращи преживявания в различни етапи от живота си. Всяка травма обаче освен че носи негатив, съдържа и ползи в себе си. Често неосъзнато оставаме твърде дълго в негативите от първичните си рани. Самосъжаляваме се, самосаботираме се, страдаме и обвиняваме другите за това, че са ни ги нанесли. Ако обаче осъзнаем възможността да използваме ресурса на травмата си, то той може да е огромен и мощен мотиватор в живота ни. Преди човек да работи като психотерапевт, трябва да е работил много върху себе си. Защото няма как да си полезен на другите, ако ти самият не си се справил със собствените си страхове, произтичащи от травмите и блокираните модели на поведение. И когато виждаш, че при теб самия нещата се случват, че започваш да се променяш и от това живееш по-спокойно и по-добре, тогава увереността, че и с другите може да се случи, нараства.
Как написването на тази книга промени самата Вас? Днес къде по пътя си към прошката се намирате?
Промените при мен настъпваха много преди написването на книгата. Бавно, постепенно и с много упорита работа, за да се случат. Книгата по-скоро е продукт на тези промени. В нея проследявам именно пътя ми и трансформацията от едно обидено на света дете заради това, че е изоставено от биологичната си майка, до превръщането му в зрял човек, който може да прости и приеме изборите на другия. С тази книга се надявам да съм полезна и на други хора в смяната на фокуса към травмата и в пътя им от обидата и гнева до прошката и благодарността… Не само в казуса осиновяване, а и в други житейски ситуации, в които ни е трудно да простим.
